Teresa Graham, M.S.

Audiologist

Mrs. Theoni (Teresa) Graham earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Audiology from Radford University and has been a practicing Audiologist in the Tidewater area for over 20 years. Teresa has had a diverse career in Audiology that began in 1982 with Hearing Evaluation and Noise Protection Associates. In 1986 she moved from private practice audiology to an industrial setting at NASA Langley Research Center where she remained for seven years. In 1993, her career path shifted again, in the direction of education. She taught at Hampton University in the Department of Communication Disorders until 1998. Later that year Teresa's career came full circle as she returned to where she began her career: Dr. Hecker and Associates, Audiology.

Teresa holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association, is a licensed Hearing aid specialist in Virginia, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Teresa specializes in diagnostic audiology and the management of auditory disorders. Management techniques include fitting of advanced digital hearing aids, counseling and communication training for both the hearing aid wearer and family members.

Away from the office, Teresa is an avid walker and lives with her husband and three children in Newport News, Virginia.
